We currently ship within the United States only.
We usually get orders packed up and out the door within 24–48 hours, Monday through Friday (excluding weekends and federal holidays).
Once your order ships, choose your speed:
Standard: 4–7 business days
Expedited: 2-3 business days
Heads up: shipping times refer to how long your package is in transit. They don't include the time it takes our warehouse to process, pack, and ship your order.

Because our products are personal care items, we can't accept returns for health and safety reasons.
That said, refunds or exchanges may be offered at Turnt&Tidy's sole discretion, and we'll always do our best to accommodate reasonable requests.
If we ever charge you for an item we're unable to fulfill, we'll automatically issue a full refund.
